ISIS EYE: Cuba

Street culture in Cuba: transport costs are high, in comparison to the average wage (teachers and doctors are paid the equivalent of £15 per month) and so work is often done in 24-hour shifts to reduce the cost of transporting workers. That leaves a lot of time to pick your nose and play dominoes.
